Booking Procedures


  1. Go online or call VIP Golf 1-866-520-GOLF (4653) to choose the course you would like to play.
  2. Now that you have booked with us, call that golf course to book your tee time.*
  3. Check in for your tee time and show your VIP Golf membership Card. you pay nothing at the course!**

*  Limited play memberships are ONLY able to book tee times for Monday-Thursday
** Members who have not booked with VIP Golf before going to the course will be asked to pay for a regular green fee at check in.

Your VIP Golf account will be billed automatically within 5 days at your VIP preferred rate and you will receive a receipt via email. You will only need your membership card at the golf course. See payment procedures for more details.

VIP Golf Administration: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
Online booking available from 8am - 10pm Daily

Spring Hours (April 1st - 15th)
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday - & Sunday 10am - 2pm


Payment Procedures

All Green fees are collected by VIP Golf, at the course you pay nothing!

We pay for your green fee at the course, this makes a no hassle and enjoyable way to check in. Leave your wallet at home, all you will need is your 2010 VIP Golf membership card and that's it!

Your account will charged within 5 days of playing at your special VIP Preferred Rate.

VIP Members will be charged to their VISA or MC and you will receive your receipts via email.

* Members without credit cards may make other arrangements with our administration.


Cancellation Policy

Tee Time cancellations must be made no later than 11:00 am the day prior to the booking.

For example - To cancel a Thursday reservation one MUST phone VIP Golf by 11:00am Wednesday morning. VIP members cancelling inside of this period will be charged for the booking at the VIP's member rate.

Please be aware that canceling a reservation must be handled in the same way as booking one, both VIP Golf and the course must be contacted.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS - VIP Golf accepts cancellations for SEVERE weather conditions only. This includes heavy rains, lightning, snow and hail. Weather related cancellations must be made before you tee off. A good guideline, if the course is accepting cancellations due to weather then we will as well.

NO SHOWS - Any VIP Golf member that has made a tee time with an affiliated golf course and fails to show up for that booked tee time will be charged by VIP Golf for a regular rate green fee.

RAIN CHECKS - VIP Golf does not issue rain checks. Once you tee off the round is considered played.

If you have teed off and must stop due to conditions, please check with the pro shop as some courses will issue you a golf course rain checks.


Membership Cards

As we do not have personal pictures on the cards, it will be advisable to carry some picture ID with you to the check in counter at each course as you may be asked to show picture identification. These cards are NON-TRANSFERABLE and are only valid for the individual whose name appears on it. Please remember this card is essentially your own personal credit card for golf, make sure that you keep it close. If has been lost or stolen contact us immediately so a new one can be issued and the old one can be deactivated.
